Stephen Abraham is a property developer and development manager with more than 20 years of experience across retail, commercial, industrial, mixed-use, fast food and service station developments throughout New South Wales.

Having been involved in the sales, leasing, management and delivery of more than $300 million in commercial developments. Stephen specialises in site acquisition, project feasibility, development approvals, consultant coordination, project delivery and commercial strategy. His hands-on approach and extensive industry network enable him to identify opportunities, solve complex development challenges and create value for investors, landowners, developers and national retailers.

He works closely with clients throughout the entire development lifecycle, providing strategic advice and practical solutions that help maximise returns while effectively managing risk.
